1. Health Survey report -- Hips "a"
(read by Gaby's vet?)-- that's not a legitimate rating! My vet can "say"
my hips are "excellent" but the OFA may not agree.

larger size.) |
 |
2. Phantom's name--
Phantom of House VID
See hand written note: Phantom from Black Forest (Click
on the image at left to view at larger size.) |
 |
3. The Sire (Nero) has a legal
pedigree. He is an SKG certified GSD via the Schweizerischer
Schaeferhund Club; however please note that he is a smooth coat (Stockhaar).
Tina was asked not to use his real pedigree. Please see Gaby's
handwritten note. Click on the
image to view at larger size. |
 |
 |
If you study Nero's
papers--only 1 dog came up as KK2-- could that dog have been coated? We
can search out this data; otherwise they were all smooth coats!
No copy of the back
page of Nero's pedigree.

4. Records for only 3 of Phantom's other
littermates -- coats -- hips --owners for Health Survey data, LMX etc.
5. No papers that show Phantom's Tattoo -- registration # etc. Where is the
hip certificate from Zurich? We accept OFA papers, so why not include his
certificate?
Actually, there are no papers that show that Phantom even exists!
6. Now for the dam. Gaby's note says "Kijsha Von Haus Bach". Health Survey
says Kijsha V. Haus VID. Please again reference the Phantom health survey
file and Gaby's handwritten note from February.
Ok--do we have Phantom from Black Forest
or is it Phantom of Haus VID? Is it Kijsha V. Haus VID or was
she Kijsha Von Haus Bach?
Again--no tattoo numbers or hip/registry/etc. certificates! No registration
certificate of any kind giving her name. Without any kind of legitimate
papers issued by a real (respectable) organization, proving who she is and
her ancestry, how can she be entered into our database? We know she "exists"
because she had puppies. But WHO is she?
7. The documentation submitted for Kijsha consists of an application to the
Universal Kennel Club, along with 2 copies of typed pedigrees. Her
dam is listed as Starlight Melody and the sire is listed as an AKC Shepherd,
Summerwinds Lord Rex AKC #DL5622981/04.
Sorry, but this falls VERY short of the minimum requirement of 5 generations
LMX (litter mate) data!! We don't even have valid data on her grandparents
(third generation) much less any other ancestors!
 |
8. The health survey
data on Phantom indicates that he was born in 1998 and sired his first
litter in 2000. |
 |
 |
9. The pedigree that
was sent for the Chance/Phantom litter has Phantom's birth date crossed
out and changed to 2000. Thus he was born the same year that he sired
his first litter. Here is a copy of the pedigree that was issued to
Lyn. Please examine it carefully.
Also note that the
pedigree states that Laz was Pax's dam! |
A. Since there is no proof
that these papers are valid to begin with, and the dogs that they supposedly
represent (Phantom and Kijsha) do not have any kind of individual
certificate nor tattoo proving that they are descendents of those
dogs--plus, the fact that they are both long coats that in no way resemble
their "supposed" ancestors (who do not carry the long coat gene as per the
documentation presented) these papers cannot be approved by the ISSR.
B. The minimum criteria
requested by the ISSR, as per the rules published in 1993 ( inaugural issue
of The Newsletter (Shiloh Shepherd Scriptures) Vol. 1) clearly specify the
requirements that were set for specific "Shiloh" acceptance! Please
reference
8-issrRules1993.pdf and
9-faq.pdf.
These requirements have never been compromised and cannot be dismissed in
regard to this situation.
The minimum 5 generation LMX data for both
Artus and Orbit were carefully examined and properly verified prior to
allowing those two dogs into the NB program. The high quality standards
established 15 years ago, that were used to start this breed cannot be
compromised now!
PLEASE AGAIN READ THE ORIGINAL RULES SET FOR EVERY FUTURE "SHILOH".
C. Any dog that is
submitted for entry into the NB program has to provide valid genetic
documentation via acceptable registration certificates, extensive pedigree
research, etc., provided by accredited organizations that are respected
worldwide, not by self proclaimed paper pushers that call themselves
"registries" like the Universal Kennel Club. In this case, the handwritten
application was never even submitted.
D. Please view a picture of Phantom and some of his progeny. Please
pay close attention to the ring tail.
 |
Note the fearful
tail tuck. Could this have been caused by the mixed wolf blood in
Kijsha??
The pups were whelped on May 6, 2005 and were three months old at
Homecoming. Please compare them to Nala, from a DNB breeding.
|
 |
Three month old Nala and
28 inch 9 month old Panzer. |
 |
 |
 |
Compare to ISSR Shilohs:
L to R:
1 year old Angus (Shelby/Warrior) MAW breeding, 1 year old Kody
(Goliath/Kim) double MAW, 2 year old Angus (Goldie/Orbit) NB-1/MAW. |
To compare NB progeny,
please check
Artus's first litter.
Postscript:
Now, let's take a quick look at another "Euro" pedigree and compare it to
the mess that Gaby sent in:
Artus
(Please reference:
10-artusPedigreeCover.pdf,
11-artusInsidePages.pdf, and
12-artusBackCover.pdf)
Note all of the seals
(stamps) that are on the first page. They validate that this pedigree has
been recorded. You will also see a list of his littermates (7) that can
easily be searched out if someone needed more LMX data later. You will see
the same system presented for his parents, grandparents, etc. Also please
note that he has a tattoo number (for identification). Furthermore, although
he is not FCI, each of the accredited registries that maintain data on his
ancestors listed on the pedigree, including the (SZ) (DSV) or DDR at the end
of the pedigree. There is also room for additional titles and certification
stamps.
More data can be documented on the back page! If he grew up in Germany those
blanks would be full.
